Who can use WEREMAP?
Our platform is designed for professional tuning shops, garages, and automotive businesses (B2B). You need professional ECU reading/writing equipment to use our service.
How do I place an order?
Register for a free account, purchase credits, then create a new order by uploading your original ECU file and selecting the desired tuning services. Our engineers will process your file and you can download the modified version from your dashboard.
How long does it take to receive my tuning file?
Most orders are processed within 1 hour during business hours. Complex orders may take longer. You will receive an email notification when your file is ready for download.
How does pricing work?
We use a credit-based system. You purchase credit packages at bulk discounts, then spend credits on individual tuning files. Each ECU and tuning service combination has a specific credit cost. Credits never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed securely through our configured payment provider.
What file formats do you support?
We accept original ECU files in their native format as read by your diagnostic tool. Upload the unmodified original file — we handle the rest.

How do I download my tuning file?
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notification. Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the order, and download your modified file directly.
What if there is a problem with my tuning file?
Contact our support team through the ticket system on your dashboard. We will review the issue and provide a corrected file if needed, at no additional cost.
Does chiptuning affect my vehicle warranty?
ECU tuning may affect your vehicle warranty depending on your manufacturer and region. We recommend discussing with your dealer beforehand. Our Stage 1 tunes are designed to stay within safe engine parameters.
Is DPF/EGR removal legal?
DPF and EGR removal legality varies by country. In many regions these modifications are permitted for off-road or motorsport use only. Always check your local regulations before ordering emission-related services.
Can I revert to the original ECU file?
Yes. We always recommend keeping your original ECU file. If you upload your original file when placing an order, you can request a restore at any time through your dashboard.
